Private gets 20 for instigating and LT gets 10 for looking. those are the rules.

Damn, I wish the females who came into combat arms were like this. In my short time as a frocked, infantry 1SG, I spent a good portion of my field time yelling at them to stop picking flowers and do their damn jobs. And I really wish I was kidding.

And where you stand as an officer vs enlisted soldiers and NCOs (manage the unit, don’t try and be a door kicker. B. Crush your soldiers in PT. If you outrun, outlift, and show you’re fit, you have some level of credibility and power If you do that, any smartass comments fall to the wayside. But any officer who sucks at PT or acts like they know everything will be hated
